1. About This Website

This website is operated by Obrt Alta, vl. Anđelko i Aleksandar Malić, Pulska 17f, 52220 Labin, Croatia, OIB: 44552079402 ("ALTA Boat Rental", "we").

The website provides information about our boat rental service in Rabac, Croatia. It does not process online bookings or online payments. Reservations are arranged directly by phone, WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram or e-mail, and payment is made in person.

2. Rental Conditions (Summary)

• A valid boating licence is required for bareboat rental (renting without a skipper). Guests without a licence can book the rental with our skipper, subject to availability.
• Fuel is not included in the rental price and is charged after the trip according to actual consumption.
• Payment is made in person at the berth before departure.
• The full rental conditions are defined in the rental contract signed at check-in, together with a short briefing on the boat, the navigation area and safety equipment.
• Departures are subject to weather and sea conditions. For safety reasons we may propose a different time or date, or cancel a trip; in the case of cancellation on our part, nothing is charged.

3. Liability

ALTA Boat Rental is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the rented boat, navigation outside the agreed area, or failure to follow the safety instructions and applicable maritime regulations. The renter is responsible for the boat and its equipment during the rental period as defined in the rental contract.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, photographs, logo, design) is the property of ALTA Boat Rental or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without prior consent.

5. Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. While we strive to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees regarding its completeness or accuracy. Listed prices are indicative and may change; the price agreed when confirming your reservation is the one that applies.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes will be settled amicably where possible, otherwise before the competent court in Croatia.
